Everyone of us experience suffering. Suffering makes us understand who we truly are. It’s inevitable law that we all experience suffering and happiness. In the wisdom of kaballah we may understand thru it by way of study and practice. We go in a middle way or the middle path.

In the wisdom of Kabbalah, is it similar with other spiritual eastern practices like meditation to awaken our sixth sense? Or is there any spiritual practice on how to get into the point in the heart to perceived every hearts desire? Thank you.
