Ok thanks! That shows my ignorance of my own state haha. I guess I just felt like I was going through the explained phase for some reason

I’m believing that I’m in the Spiritual Vegetative state, but perhaps not. I feel the traits of that state taking place so deeply that it makes me physically ill as I want to proceed with success of achieving them. But, “Beginning to work with the desire to bestow” I feel is seriously lacking because I’m only seeing the opportunities to bestow after the moment passes and it’s too late. I’ve always been a “giver” in some way, but of course I understand more about true bestowal at this point.
Thanks!
Scott

The ups and downs I’ve been experiencing and feeling my (old nature?) wanting to regain control of my thoughts and spirituality AND then to read the next part of the lesson that explains the process and how to handle it and proceed. That’s truly helping my process and I can see that the class content creators really know how to teach this. Much love and gratitude to you all
April 3, 2023 at 8:48 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: The importance of clearly defining the goal in the study of Kabbalah is the beginning of the path. Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #316653ScottParticipantMy goal feels to be to remove all false perceptions about myself and reality and to learn the truth about the functions of this life and to experience it from only a view of truth

I have never heard of anyone in my large peer group interested in studying Kabbalah. Or is there something I’m not understanding very well?
Thanks!
