Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorMartin,
What you found here is a spiritual heritage, which we, your instructors received from our teacher, a kabbalist who attained what we study, who received it from his teacher mouth to mouth, who received it from his teacher Baal HaSulam, the author of the Sulam commentary and upon whose teaching, our method is based.
We don’t give advices on what to wrap on your arms or what frontlets between your eyes, what to put on your doorpost or what foods to eat. We learn about the laws of the spiritual reality that apply to all humanity, albeit it starts with a small group at first and then spreads in circles.
These are the laws of the Torah as understood by those who attained them.Regarding the customs of the people with their hands and feet, the Jewish people who are descendants of the kabbalists have many customs with their hands and feet that have spiritual roots. And other religions have their customs. Â This is up to each person and does not disturb your spiritual development.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorZoran,
You can say so. The masach is the tool like the the eye or the ear, but to sense spirituality.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorJoan,
Hebrew’s origin is fascinating. It is a coded language that depicts the forces of our reality.
To that extent, some forces are going in some forces are going out, and with what qualities, etc.
The parsa is certain division where forces of bestowing are above the parsa and forces of reception are below the parsa.
This code is also found in the beginning of the book of Genesis, regarding the creation of heaven (above the parsa) and earth (below the parsa).

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorHi Sherry,
Most words in Hebrew, certainly words we find in the ancient sources are built upon these three letter roots. It could have two letters. Prefixes and suffixes around it change the tense and you will see usually a yud or a vav or a hey added here or there that slightly changes the meaning for example the work friend and the word connection or the word peace and the word complete.
Regarding your name, Sherry, I’m not sure. But the letters may be Shin, Reish, Yud, SH-R-Y. Which are the same letters as Sarah before she had the letter Hey added as in Genesis 16:1.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorJarrett,
We only add to the side of good.
From this you will discover your true intentions and then you will reach a true need.
That is all you need.
There is no light without a vessel.
Good luck,

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorBoke,
The will is the desire. This we don’t have control over.
We get hungry, we get tired, etc..
The intention is the human part that dresses on the will.
We are born, as it says, as a “beast”. It means like an animal. I get hungry, I look to fulfill that hunger.
When the degree of adam, “man” is born in us, then I eat, but I am eating not because of the unconscious desire that arises in me, which by the way I must fulfill … by nature, I must eat to live, every animal body must, but I now have a relationship with the One who emanated, created and formed reality into existence and I want to be connected with what the kabbalists call the Creator.
That He wants to fill all of the creatures with delight. So I am eating (will), in order to bring Him contentment (intention).
