You are onto something.
The goal is that regardless of what we are doing with our bodies, our hearts and minds will be connected to the Creator.The more we study the more we will see where our goal is. It sounds like you are already starting to feel that it’s not some action one performs with his hands but it’s some inner state of connection.

The wisdom of kabbalah is a method.
I very much recommend that you do not try to apply anything yet.
Just play with the ideas, read them, listen to them, and let it wash over you. Just taste and explore the material. Don’t read something and then go try to apply it.
You entered a magical journey but it requires preparation.
Don’t start giving your possessions away. All of the movement will start in our hearts and extend from there. And it takes time to develop these inner sensations.

It’s ok. We go through many changing states as we are advancing. The room that I thought was so clean…when more light shines I see dust in the corners that I didn’t even notice before.
Most important is to be connected with the other students and help each other to stay inspired. We have songs on our site and videos.
Soon you’ll have the opportunity to meet and work practically with the other students.

We are not yet talking about what to do with your hands and feet. Why? Because you can give away all of your money but do it for egoistic reasons or in the other hand you can withhold giving and it’s actually for the good of the other.
So our example is to depict an inner direction.Read it a few more times and try to feel the inner movement that would take place in your inner attitude and emotions.
For example, if the person you respect the most in the world gave you a glass of water and Sat to drink with you. That is more cherished than someone you hate giving you a dinner. Think about these things.
Regarding your second question, we didn’t yet get to filling the vessel with any of the lights of our soul, this all takes place after we build a screen/masach. We will learn about this more soon.

Slowly, slowly and at first only with the others who are playing this game with you, those who are studying the same material and desire to reach this next degree, with them you slowly start to work on your attitude, to discover when you feel separate from them, hate or disregard towards them and there is a place to turn to the Upper Force and say, “I see You made my nature to receive at the expense of others…I want what is good for me…I discovered another place where I want and I don’t care about them. Help me to be loving.” This is a prayer, when you discover in your heart the distance and separation and you ask, pray that the the Light will correct our intention.</p>
Much later we will see how this will all be implemented in our world regarding money, etc, but that will be after we stabilize these things in our hearts and minds and form a large group of people who are all aimed to bestow upon one another.Seth@KabU
