Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorAmy,
True.
And there is more to learn.
From our perspective, it does seem that if I don’t feed myself, shower, brush my teeth, no hand is coming from the sky to floss for me and cook me dinner.
So there is more to the story, that we are made in such a way that on the one side we come to feel that there is none else besides Him and on the other side, everything that is in our power to do, we must do.
These two opposites will come into focus and there we will attain what we are looking for.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorLori,
Imagine you are sitting at home on the couch. You are comfortable, everything feels satisfactory and …you forget about the Creator. Maybe you forget for a few hours, maybe you forget for a week, or a month.
Finally we will feel again that we are distant from Him. And this distance makes us yearn for Him again.
And we wipe off the dust and begin again with new powers.Seth@KabU

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorCarly,
Love is that we do everything for the sake of the other.
This does not simply mean that you feed everyone else instead of yourself, it is a state of being in the heart, in the feeling.
In fact with your hands and feet it may look the opposite to someone on the outside.
There is a story about a child who had something in his eye and wanted to scratch it with a stick and the father was restraining him and all the passersby thought the father was hurting the child. The father was protecting the child and bringing the child to get help.
So it’s not simple.
The point in the heart is like the seed of love, if the sperm will become the man, the point in the heart is the sperm that will develop into a soul that is vessel full of love.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorVerena,
Of course, but it’s not where you think.
The good news is you are asking all the right questions.
But in the wisdom of kabbalah, the answers don’t go in your ear.
You need to make a lot of efforts and a lot of discernment and then the answer will live in you.
Review what you have learned already. The only creation is the will to receive. That means that you, me, every animal, plant, atom, it is all different forms of a will to receive.
Start to identify that that is the software operating in you.
When you become clear in your mind and emotions that you are governed by the will to receive, then you will be able to ask new questions, like where to find a place to act without the will to receive, but the ego is slippery and it is hard to locate (on purpose), since this process develops us towards more and more accurate questions and eventually answers.
