Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorJonah,
We need some perspective.
It took a few billion years before Earth was formed and a few billion more for some mud to be burned, frozen, washed away, reassembled, smashed, etc until it started forming more and more complex life until some monkey climbed down a tree and eventually inventing a wheel and the Internet.
So by now we’re moving at a pretty good pace. Like a pyramid, the inanimate development took billions, then the vegetative, some hundred millions, then the animal degree and then the human degree is relatively new on the scene and what we call civilization and written language, etc is only a few thousand.
However, I’m with you, I’m inpatient.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorMichael,
Lishma, “for Her name” refers to for the sake of the Torah.
The Creator dresses in the Torah and Lishma refers to the Torah.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorPera,
Some people love hugs, they want to be hugged all the time. Other people hate being touched. So if you are hugging with all your heart someone who hates being touched…so you’re not really giving. Or if a person can’t pay his bills and you make him a great dinner, so he may like the dinner but maybe he prefers that you would have spent the money not on dinner but on his bills.
These are not spiritual examples, but you need to clarify more what is happening in the situations you are describing. There is much more nuance and flavor than simply “she won’t receive what I’m giving”. Maybe it’s not the right season. A cat goes into heat during a certain season, that’s it. The cat is not interested in a mate at other times, just when her nature awakens her.But if you want to make a spiritual calculation, there is absolutely no limitation on how much you can love the other, bestow to the other in your heart, pray for the other. Start with this and see each time how you discover your ego behind the prayer and each time try to cut out that ego and start anew and again and again.
Soon you will have a need for the Creator to really come and answer your prayer.Seth@KabU

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorZachary,
You know when you feel warm and you know when you feel cold because you have senses to detect that.
When you acquire spiritual senses, you feel spiritual sensations.

Seth – KabU InstructorModeratorNuria,
Everything emanating from the Creator is called “good”.
The extent that we don’t receive it as good, is the exact measure of how far we are from that state called “good”.
If we receive something “not good”, it in no way affects the source of that thing which emanated from the Creator as good.
Look at our lives in for example a historical context.
What good could you possibly receive as a newborn?
The newborn does not even perceive itself, so just to be fed, to be cleaned and to sleep is sufficient.
Then we became teenagers and we wanted a boyfriend or a girlfriend, a little money to spend on the weekend.
But a teenager didn’t want a low interest rate mortgage and second home on the sea.
Now, stretch that back 100,000 years, what did our primitive ancestors want? Shelter and a piece of meat.
So the desire needs to grow in order for the Creator to be able to fill us, eventually with endless delight.
And this is a long process with many discernments until we come to realize that I cannot satisfy my ego and that I come on my own to a realization that I need Him. That is the reason for all of the discomfort, just to push us to Him, just so we will eventually feel that it is all separation from Him.
