I just finished reading the book ” attaining the worlds beyond”. Since I’m at the end of the part two cobbler class, I thought I would ask one question. In the book over and over and over it says it’s some points. You will have to ask the creator for help or that you need supernatural help and it’s the only way, but from the videos I’ve watched and the two classes I’ve taken so far I was in the understanding that religions would ask the creator for something, and that is pretty ignorant, because a student of the wisdom of Kabbalah would know that you need to pray, or ask your self to change yourself in a way that more corresponds to the attributes of the creator, and in that way we will rise to spiritual attainment. There seems to be a contradiction there. And in the book, I know they have to use one word to describe the. ineffable Dia de or Ein Sof, but they keep using creator this, and ask the creator and pray to the creator, and I just wanted to double check, and make sure that this creator is just simply a force of nature the way all things exist the underline program of everything, every molecule, every thought, because this is one of my own hangups, I have a real problem with the term God or creator, because where I was brought up that those words were only used by intolerant, non-understanding, Square, ignorant, religious people, and they would use those words to demean and belittle others, and make themselves feel superior through their own egotism. So that God, that creator of those people lining the conservative churches of where I grew up, I certainly don’t believe in, but with reading, Rav Leitmans book there were so many references to the creator and pray to the creator and ask for help from the creator. It just started to creep me out and sound a little bit like those churches that I detest. So I just wanted to make sure we’re talking about the same creator creator that is a force like gravity, upon all of us that the Ein Sof and everything is manifested from. Would you be so kind as to clarify for me perhaps put these worries to rest? Thank you much and may the force be with you.

However, could it be possible that through music and dancing that could have the ability to wake up points in the heart that otherwise may always lay dormant. That it could be the inspiration that ones need to bring about an epiphany that gives them a feeling of spirit, and of something that is greater than themselves, which might in the future take them down the path to further exploring the point in the heart that may lead to spiritual awakenings and attainments. Personally, I came to find nature and the creative force, my first glimpses and the awakening of the point in the heart with 30,000 other people had a Grateful Dead concert where the music played the band we were all there together as one large undulating force of humanity, and we were high quite a few on drugs, but not all we were just all there in the moment together and it was our collective that brought about the entire experience. Thank you so much for your answers and thank you so much for the work you do.

I can see myself looking back at me through the eyes of others, and stay fairly conscience that the people I engage with all day long, I just different expressions of myself . through exhibiting, and expressing joy and happiness of my spirit, I can see it reflected back to me from the group of people that surround me. I feel that my behavior is natural, and I can see my smile at first, and then slowly if they’re open to it, the spirit will spread out for me and can become if the conditions are right very infectious. This this feels to me like spirituality would I be correct, or as an entertainer a comedian, a musician is it just simply what I am supposed to do to entertain others I don’t know anymore. Sometimes I can keep the thought of it being an altruistic intent in my mind for a little while when it’s happening yet admittedly, I eventually get lost in the moment and the joy. Well, what say you?
November 7, 2023 at 5:05 pm EST in reply to: Preparation Question: What does it mean to view reality from the perspective of the Creator? #334453Steve MileyParticipantI would view myself, and only myself continuing a constant love and bestowal for infinity with the perspective of every dimension simultaneously within and without time and space, and from every perspective.
November 2, 2023 at 4:59 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: The importance of clearly defining the goal in the study of Kabbalah is the beginning of the path. Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #334079Steve MileyParticipantThe goal for which I am studying, is to bring myself into more harmony, with nature does bringing us all closer to nature‘s, which would appear to be the only way to alleviate war and suffering in the world, and bring about peace.

So would I be correct in the statement that what we are looking for is a sort of positive feedback loop with the rest of the collective soul. Whereas I take the gifts of the creator with the understanding that that is where its origin resides with the intention to bestow upon my fellow humanity, whereby it is then bestowed back upon me, and keep my peace of pleasure and fulfillment and bestow it back. Then this back-and-forth deepens, and in enlarges the kli so as to be able to receive with the intention to bestow in greater quantities. If that in fact is the case will there become a point where the kli gets maxed out? If so what then? I’m trying to get this in the context of some thing I understand so I put it in the context of the performance of live music, however, if this is true, it could just as well and should Be practiced in everything that I do, from a smile to a stranger or any interaction with anyone all the time. Correct?
