Hi Carlos,
It is written, there is none as wise as the experienced. When you enter the degrees of the spiritual ladder, you will know. The degrees are determined by how much light the created being is able to receive in its vessel along with the coarseness of the vessel.

Every person who suffers is confused why he is suffering. If a person wants to reach a better state, then he needs to strengthen his connection with others who also aspire for adhesion with the Creator.

When the state of Katnut is stabilized, the state of Gadlut is then revealed, but this is only in order to strengthen the intention in the work of Katnut, which is the primary form of work.
