It’s incorrect to say “we” receive the light. This is the description of the four phases of direct light, not the phases of the will to receive. These are actions of the light, not of the vessel.

I was wondering, how do I know when I have started climbing the ladder and the 125 degrees and at which degree I am?

Hi Carlos,

It is written, there is none as wise as the experienced. When you enter the degrees of the spiritual ladder, you will know. The degrees are determined by how much light the created being is able to receive in its vessel along with the coarseness of the vessel.
