ModeratorFirst, run to the sources and try to cleave onto their words initially, and then try to enter them emotionally. Kabbalists will only talk about the spiritual world–that it is the perception of the one ruling force in reality that only does good. When a person feels suffering, this is certainly only on the side of the receiver, therefore the change must occur there as well in order to perceive something differently. The aim at these times, from the Creator, is not to “cause suffering”–the Creator cannot do this, rather, to cause us to rise above the existence of bitter/sweet and into an existence of true/fasle.
