Is it better to give what others want or what I think is good for them?

What others want. You want to have the least amount of “influence” there. This is a good exercise to help you see where the ego is and how it governs us.

Why should I not revenge/recompense?

Usually in these cases you’re looking for some kind of egoistic satisfaction instead of an action that would save your life.

About the allegory of the Jews and the landlord, do we need to want suffering much so that we are rewarded more latter?
- October 12, 2023 at 9:11 pm EDT #332765Chris – KabU InstructorModerator
There’s something to what you are saying, but we cannot want suffering. This is against our nature. The perspective however, that the Creator does not cause suffering, rather “invites” us to come closer is correct.

Is the righteous doesn’t have enemies?
- October 12, 2023 at 9:09 pm EDT #332764Chris – KabU InstructorModerator
The only enemy is the will to receive which draws us away from the Creator each time. This is a necessary component/action on the path of correction.

Does Satan attack the righteous or sinners?
- October 12, 2023 at 9:08 pm EDT #332763Chris – KabU InstructorModerator
Kabbalah doesn’t refer to “Satan” separate from the Creator–None Else Besides Him
