BrendaParticipantI have learned that I’m not alone and if I ever feel alone is because I’m not doing my best to stay connected, and see others as my self.
I have learned the more and more I connect with Source with a sense of deep gratitude, the more at peace I feel in my life. - April 23, 2026 at 12:17 pm EDT #496292

Yanga NokhepheyiParticipantI’ve come to understand that there’s more to my life and to life in general than I perceived. That I’m part of this system that works and continues to work, operated by forces beyond my own understanding. That sometimes thinking I have control over situations in my life is actually a lie I tell myself to feel like I have some control and authority over what happens to me.
Now, I’m much calmer in my approach to my life, and instead of reacting quickly, I find myself often taking time to observe and engage from a different place of understanding that everything is working out for my good and to try not to get too involved in my feelings about what I want but more about what is and what’s unfolding before me. I’ve become more curious to see, learn, and experience life unfolding before me like a flower blooming in spring. Again, I’m still learning.
