I feel as though I need to be very careful with this type of awareness because of my capacity to feel energy coupled with my own trauma experiences makes me question my discernment of what I am actually feeling. I look forward to learning more about how to filter my energetic perception on the Kabbalistic path.

Through learning from kabalah, I gain spiritual knowledge of the forces of nature, how they operate and control our lives.  The more I understand my life, and why it is the way it is and me overcoming its challenges and problems by applying kabbalistic principles is the mark of my spiritual progress.

That love your neighbor as yourself is still the golden rule, but of myself and my life – that I am still unclear of.

Everything is connected as a whole, with lower and higher orders of existence. Examining altruism daily.

I have been both amazed and enlightened by the 7 principles – They have made me reflect deeply and see my world from a new perspective.
      1. Reality= desire to receive pleasure
      2. Material pleasure cancel fulfillment
      3. There is only a single force (there is none else besides him/her/it)
      4. Balance is everything (+&-) when there is no balance, there is pain.
      5. Choosing the path of light vs path of pain
      6. We are part of a collective consciousness (we are build for social connection)
      7. Environment is the key (plant ourselves in an environment of spirituality)

I’ve gained deeper understanding of my life through the teaching in KabU. Being directed to start our Kabbalah journey with corrected intentions through simple questions like 1. Who am I?; Where am I?; and Where am I in relation to others?; reflecting these questions corrects my posture and trajectory in life. I’ve re-gained familiar sensations I thought I lost.
