Preparation Question: In what way have I gained a deeper understanding of my life and of the forces working in the world?

I got really overwhelmed this week & backed away from good routines.  I maintained some settlement, but realise I didn’t progress, instead just holding ground.  The spiritual door has certainly opened & I’m through, it’s just hard to see the next strand when Ego permeates so much.

I think I’ve gained deeper understanding by floating between two modes: the dynamic pursuit of causes behind life’s events, and the quiet acceptance of what unfolds without needing explanation – though I tend to lean more toward the first.

Everything has been concealed – because of my lack of understanding -what is the driving force in this lower world – – lack of knowledge there are upper worlds I need to attain. I must use restriction – restraint to reveal these forces.

I realize that there is a whole lot more going on, shall I say, behind the scene, than I ever imagined. Time to start paying closer attention.

Understanding that everything that happens in my life is given to me from the creator. Knowing that no matter who or what I look at to blame (which is my ego) understanding and feeling that the creator has given this to me feels like I’m advancing.

I will know that I am advancing spiritually by observing how my life is expanding. The more that the unseen world is revealed and the more that I am able to harness the forces there to enhance my life, these are indications that liminal space between life and death is growing.
