Learning to pause before reacting to my family. Most of the time :-). And have noticed that I am happier and my relationship with my husband is better, closer. Most importantly my relationship with myself is changing.

The way I can assess that I have progressed in my understanding of myself and the forces around me is because I am now much more present during my daily activities, I can observe my thoughts and sometimes I am able to process my responses and actions before they become reactive. I am now able to check inside before to react and I more conscious about the impact of my actions
