      It entails beginning to understand our corporeal desires and how to change them. Also, asking the creator to enlighten us to the reason things happen to us and around us.

      It entails understanding of others and loving them. This love is à natural  and spontanious feeling inside . It entails also thé intégration of the shuttered pièces of soûls which belongs to one bigger soul.
