Akosua MarieParticipantIn christianity, especially in the evangelical church, they teach about always doing anything within the will of God, everybody’s goal should be to live by the will of God at all times. Is this what Lishma means? How does that compare?

Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #417404
Akosua MarieParticipantMy goal is to continue to walk on the path of light so I can reach the vibration that allows me to go back to my creator.

Akosua MarieParticipantNothing really blew my mind because I have understood this principle through the many different things I have learn/read/practiced over the years. However, it solidify the importance of focusing on choosing the right thoughts at all times. I am practicing this to avoid drawing negativity and resentment in my life so I can reach the best possible environment in order for my soul to blossom and get closer to the Creator.

Akosua MarieParticipantI come from a past of colonization and slavery. Pain is written in my DNA. How can this be corrected so the next generation does not suffer from ancestral traumas? Is this even possible and why did the Creator deemed it necessary for me to inherit this genetic background?

Akosua MarieParticipantFreedom of choice is freedom of choosing the right thoughts and the right environment. Studying Kabbalah, reading the books, engaging with like minded individuals can get us there.

Akosua MarieParticipantFreedom seems to mean the ability to choose to either follow the will of the creator or not.
