I find it very new and insightful to know now that my wife and myself are two halves of one soul. I am guessing that this goes back to Adam and Eve, as I have referred to all men making half of Adam Harishon, and women making the other half. I never thought about it on the micro level like this though. It makes perfect sense though. I enjoyed learning about concessions as well, a new perspective on things. My next question would be that if one partner is making all of the concessions, wouldn’t that make it difficult for the other to match the spiritual progression alongside ours?
I think that we would live in a world of opposites. Perhaps everyone would be fighting over taken care of one another instead of taking advantage of one another. People would be giving instead of taking.
Supporting others to achieve spiritual reception is indeed what spiritual bestowal is all about. The connection to each other and the changing of the will to receive to the will to bestow aligns our qualities closer to those of the Creator, which fulfills the Thought of Creation and that is what we are spiritually striving for in spiritual ascent.
It allows me to explore the practical side of connection, correction, and bestowal to others which ultimately allows me to bestow to my Creator.
