Emmanuelle BordasParticipantTo feel that “There is None Else Besides Him” is to awaken to the idea that every event, every thought, and every encounter is not random, but a precise action of the Creator. It’s not just believing in a higher force—it’s feeling it as the only force.

Emmanuelle BordasParticipantI learned that everything—even suffering—comes from the Creator and serves to teach us, pushing us to the next level of growth so we can connect more deeply with that power source. I also realized that reality is far richer than what our five senses can detect. I also realized that unseen forces guide both the universe and me—far beyond what our five senses can perceive.
Emmanuelle BordasParticipantWhat touched me most
Realizing that “love your friend as yourself” is not a slogan but the whole engine of spiritual growth. The moment I tried to listen to a classmate’s need before my own question, I felt something gentle switch on inside. That tiny inner click—that’s what kept me coming back. What I found out about myself
I’m still wired to ask “How does this help me?” first. But Kabbalah 1 gave me a little pause‑button. Now I can spot the ego as it pops up and—at least sometimes—choose to aim my heart outward. Seeing my ego as exercise weight, not a flaw, was huge. What I wish for everyone in the group
That we keep using the tools from this course—intention, the ten, short prayers for each other—so our separate sparks turn into one steady flame. When doubt or heaviness hits, I hope we remember the warmth we created together and lean on it.April 9, 2025 at 2:05 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: How can we get in touch with the upper force and act with it mutually? #432489
Emmanuelle BordasParticipantWe can get in touch with the upper force by staying balanced and consciously connecting with it as soon as we wake up and throughout the day. Through continuous prayer and inner intention, we remind ourselves of the certainty that a higher power and divine light are guiding us. To act mutually with the upper force, we must align our thoughts and actions with that light, offering our desire to connect and receive guidance while also living in a way that reflects that higher will.
