Yes, this is why there’s no benefit in staying in a decent. Not to reflect, not to discuss. It doesn’t help. To bottle it up, and turn to the Light with it. I’m sorry if that’s the opposite we have in our society — this is of course only for those who are not mentally ill by corporeal medical standards.

When your playing the game of greatness of the goal, when you have a deficiency, it’s shared with the friends in the form of your overcoming. It’s there. In this you give an impression both of the deficiency and the overcoming. In short, we don’t have expressions that are just-so, but always with some calculation. If I don’t add some artifice atop my regular state, well then I’m only lying by expressing the lie as I feel it rather than with some clothing of a truer state upon it. I need to at least add some movement toward he truth, to it.

Crying from the bottom of the heart, you’ll only know when you reach it. But to nag like a child with a half-desire is also welcome. That too is on the way to the one from the bottom of the heart.

What does it mean that there is a judge and a judgement? What is this state where you have awareness of that?

Where the Creator’s laws are revealed. It’s a state after one behaves according to those laws, without proof they exist.

Isn’t this state achieved when you already have done something above reason?

Yes, you keep the laws without proof they exist.

But what is the “learning that leads to action” before you have ever done even a single act above reason, before you are aware of the judge and judgement?

“Learning that leads to action” as opposed to it remains for me as a science that’s only in the book.

The article makes it sound like if I study with the intention to grasp the awareness of judge and judgement within reason, then this is called Torah Lishma, but how can something be Lishma when it’s very goal is to fill the vessel of reason?

The result is the filling; that’s not the goal. We need to come to a clean intention.

We’re already AFTER these phases. I only reveal what I always was, removing the concealment and dream I was living in. And then, something can be done about it. Till then, I’m like a one with a terminal illness who’s convinced he’s in peak health.

When I feel the pain of a descent, how do I know when it is completed and when it’s been “enough” of this state to receive a complete need?

When you cry from within your heart to the Creator to help.

How do I even know it is a true descent and what if it appears to pull me away from the creator , but it is not so much a spiritual thing?

Whatever pulls me away from the Creator is pulling me away from the Creator.

Adding to this, how and when do I responsibly share such a state with the friends without abusing their care and help and without running away from the lecture I have to learn?

There’s a place for sharing a deficiency related to the goal, but the overall ratio of deficiency to enlivenment should be 0.5 to 24.

I understand there is no point dwelling in any state, but what should be my attitude when I recognize it? Is this an individual thing… because some people can bear more discomfort or pain than others before they cry out and some people need longer to share their pain with friends than others and some open up about weaknesses more easily than others?

I haven’t heard anything like that from Kabbalists about each one sharing their pain. Can you show me that in a Rabash article? Each can share within the overall allotment for the ten of 0.5 to 24 deficiency to enlivenment. And the deficiency is a story of overcoming the deficiency.

I feel the group of friends is such a treasure, and the creator IS revealing in them… so how to balance this properly in order not to confuse the friends or the work, not to contaminate this environment unnecessarily with any struggles and at the same time allow real connection which asks openness?

Well, we can’t open up everything because there’s nothing good inside. Except the Point in the Heart, which is just a point of aspiration toward spirituality. So, all I really have to share with the friends is this aspiration.
