Correct – you can’t gather except with those who are on the very same spiritual path and have it be a spiritual action. First of all, because these have to be people the Upper Force brought, and not those who I selected using my desire. Then I’m certain it is according to the will of the Upper Force; I’m also certain that I have no other dealings with them, since the goal is neither to have something in common nor to have them be people I like: irrelevant calculations to the purpose here. I specifically need people I have no other dealings with. Only then could I reach the first basic requirement for Equivalence of Form in my attitude towards them with the attitude that the Upper Force has towards them. Apparently the Upper Force wants them to reach the spiritual goal. I need to try to want the same for them, and to take action to help this to happen.
By this I make inner corrections because to engage in this over each of my desires that emerges is to necessarily – I don’t need to worry about specific desires. They will emerge, and their correction for now is to engage in this work with a Kabbalistic group. And you’ll see how they don’t want to – meaning there’s always part of you that doesn’t want to. Those desires’ correction is to come along for the ride, so to speak.
About humanity, their only correction is through connection. No other action towards them is good or beneficial but actually harmful – even if one had trillions of dollars to spend on any cause one can imagine. Only connection is a solution for any problem – no matter which one. Those who are ready to connect, at least somewhat, are ready somewhat to advance not by way of suffering; and those who are most ready – that is, those who come here – I need to work with first. Through them – because all of humanity is internally connected above time and space – if we truly correct ourselves, we pass these corrections into the system to which humanity belongs.

That’s the entire wisdom of Kabbalah, because there’s nothing else to do in all of Creation. Equivalence with the first spiritual degree requires one to be in a group, called a ten, and to measure realistically from day to day his attitude towards it, to try to mold his attitude towards them to be in equivalence of form with the Upper Force’s attitude towards the whole of Creation. When my attitude towards at least some small part of reality (the minimum being ten others) matches the attitude and intention of the Upper Force towards the whole reality, I am also in equivalence with the first spiritual degree, and according to equivalence, I reveal it.
That’s a good question. The truth is there are MANY details that I did not mention. Really there’s an entire ocean here with trillions of particles and laws and currents and creatures, and I told you about it that “there are 7 seas”. Because we don’t need all those details right now. It is much more important and better for us to have this structure in us in its simplicity (and what we did discuss is not so simple, after all, either). This is enough to activate the Upper Light to work upon us, which is all we need.
Now the question here that I do need to answer is that, first of all, Nikudim does not “emit” Light, but the Light departs, and shatters the Kli (vessel), and in this shattered Kli are the Reshimot (impressions/records) of the Light that once filled it. And though I did not mention it, the process is the same with Adam HaRishon as what we had in Nikudim. Except that Adam HaRishon is on a different, coarser level of Aviut, which includes the actual Malchut.
That’s important, and also speaks to your question, in that Malchut is the actual Desire that is the true polar opposite to the Creator, and which is thus the goal of Creation. It is so perfectly opposite to the Upper Light that it’s complete inversion yields the form of the Creator. That is why it is the goal of Creation.
