Free will as I see it, (at this point in time), is in how we choose to react to whatever is going on around us. I don’t think this is absolute, because our conditioning predisposes us to react in various ways that reflect that conditioning. Then again, can we really operate outside of our conditioning? How does all of this influence our ability to modify our intentions? I have more questions than answers….
Hello from McCook, Nebraska. Thank you for making this wisdom available. It feels like coming home. I pray that I will learn how to navigate this paradoxical intention…if that is even the correct way to describe what I perceive as the way to become more like deity, source, G-d, whatever the creator is called. I hope we can help each other forward in the process.
I’m not sure if it’s a thing per se. Correcting my relationship with the creator so the whole can benefit. I am early on the path so I am unsure of whether my understanding of correcting, maybe transforming my will to receive to the will to bestow and my intention around it is where I need it to be.
Hello, I am just a seeker of light. Many years ago, I had a cursory contact with Kabbalistic literature, but it was probably not from a very accurate source. I am a Freemason, and recently attended a Scottish Rite reunion. In the teaching there was some reference to parallels between Freemasonry and Kabbalah. I watched the 6+ hour Kabbalah Revealed video on YouTube and some of the dots seemed to begin to connect, albeit without complete clarity….if that is even possible in this lifetime.
