I am excited to learn more here as I heard many times you can only practice “love your friend as yourself” with your group who are on the same spiritual path, if you bring that to daily life it will be a disaster.

Hi Gianni,  how do we pray for loved ones who have no knowledge of Kabbalah,  for whatever they are struggling with? Does the creator answer any of those prayers?

the reading material starting to get really technical, a lot of unfamiliar abstract terms, is it okay to continue without understanding much of it?

today’s lesson we studies” 36. What Are the Three Bodies in Man? a couple of questions didn’t get a chance to ask during the class

1. the inner body, which is a clothing for the soul of Kedusha [holiness]” please help to explain the meaning of “clothing for the soul of Kedusha”? what does clothing mean?

2. ” Hence, one must think only of the inner body, for it is a clothing for the soul of Kedusha.”. I thought all of our thoughts came from above, if so, how do we take initiative to think only for the inner body?
