Jd CarmonaParticipantAm i correct in understanding that as we begin to develop an point in the heart and start our journey in bonding with with Creator , he will purposefully put us un situations that will cause doubt? That these situations are a test of our certainty that difficult situations are for our benefit? I was introduced to Kabbalah by creator a few months ago at a low point in my life and although my situation has not changed, my perspective has. I can see the purpose of it now. Should I expect something difficult or tragic to happen in the future as a sign that I’m ready to move to the next level? And if so, by expecting it wouldn’t I be unconsciously begin setting this opposing force in motion toward me?

Jd CarmonaParticipantI feel it in moments when i sense that, for example I go sit on the shoreline and have the sensation that I’m not IN nature, I AM nature. As I study and grow and pay attention in this process these moments become more frequent and have the feeling of more connectedness to everything and everyone. It’s the sensation of dissolution of physical boundaries or of having no physical body on earth. It’s really hard to put into words because words themselves create definition and separation.
Jd CarmonaParticipantThe most inspiring thing has been the realization that I am never alone even when there is no one around. That its possible to experience meaning and purpose when things are hard and that difficult situations are actually blessings. It’s getting easier for me to sense the interconnectedness in everything, to more quickly realize when my ego is in the drivers seat and to be less reactive, or at least to pause before reacting to ask if the next thing i am going to do or say is coming from a place of fear or from a desire to connect/be curious. For my fellow students I wish you to continue on a path that helps you find your purpose, flow, connection with the divine and to able to experience being a light in the lives of others.

Jd CarmonaParticipantShowing gratitude. Pausing when we realize we’re acting impulsively or to satisfy our own ego–replacing that with a desire to connect with the light. Accepting that we don’t know everything. Asking for guidance. Awareness of our intentions. Remembering we are not all separate from each other.  Being grateful for challenges and accepting them as opportunities to grow spiritually. Acting in the best interest of others.Being certain the light is within and all around even when we are afraid.

Jd CarmonaParticipantBest experience was the feeling of certainty this is the right path for me!
Jd CarmonaParticipantDear Fellow Points in the Heart,
I’m already feeling the connection with you at this embryonic stage in my journey, our journey. Let’s keep deepening our understanding, studying, welcoming challenges as opportunities to grow. Let’s keep seeing ourselves reflected in nature and embracing the ways we are similar as humans while reveling at the ways we are all so different. I think that’s a good start on our journey to opening the channels for the light and recognizing our collective soul.
Love, JD
