to view reality from the perspective of the Creator…to be able to do this you’d really have to have a grasp of your understanding of Him. It’s beyond the parent to a child or a seed sower to a strout relationship.

Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #316217JenniferParticipantI am studying for truth, understanding, and implementation of such.

JenniferParticipantWhy do some images of the Tree of Life show Hochmah connected to Gevurah and Binah connected to Hesed along with Tiferet but others only show Hochmah and Binah connected to Tiferet alone? One image make an upside down star and the other makes a cross. Which follows the wisdom of Kabbalah? Thanks!
March 12, 2023 at 2:22 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: What is freedom and how, by the help of the Reforming Light, can we acquire it? #315016JenniferParticipantWhat is freedom and how, by the help of the Reforming Light, can we acquire it?
Freedom is ability to chose that which we can control; our environment. Yes, they are physical in terms of who we allow to teach us, who we allow to influence us (friends/society/religion), and what books we study. But to me the environment is also mental/spiritual/psychological. It is what I allow myself to ponder on. Whose words do I allow to replay in my mind? What thoughts do I nourish with more study and find my mind going to. I have freedom on where I allow my thoughts go. Like most Kabbalah terms and sequences I am trying to strengthen my grasp on the the different Lights. I know the Direct Light shines upon our Kli but that our screen filters most of it out but that a little gets through everytime filing our Kli more and allowing more Reflected Light to come from our Kli. Receiving/bestowal. And I know there is a Surrounding Light that draws near to us as we seek more wisdom. I’m guessing because I can’t remember…that the Reforming Light guides us on chosing our environment.

The light dances between its sways. When abruptly and without warning it falls to ground. The sun, moon, and stars come and go and come go. The rain beats down fiercely upon it. Soon no gold remains. The sun, moon, and stars come and go and come go again. Then from the one fallen single stock of wheat did many more grow.
