Hi Gianni, in video 1.2 you stated that the souls of the 10 Kabbalists that connected to write the Zohar each represented one of the 10 Sefirot. First, my understanding is we only have points in the heart and souls get created by the connection in the ten. Did they already have souls instead of just points in the heart? Is the connection of soul to Sefirot predetermined, part of process, or people need to be purposefully put together as there is a way to determine what Sefirot they are connected to? Does this even apply in this manner to the ten we will be entering?
I have been imprisoned for over 20 years in an egoistic solitary confinement, I want the light to open the prison doors, I want to evolve from isolation and being part of current world problems, I want to evolve into connection and letting the light transform the world. The ego has told me lies saying the spiritual desire can evolve within me and the world while staying safe in isolation. My last 20 years are a testament to the deceptive egoistic falsehood. I desire to connect and help others to connect.
My best experience from last course is still unfolding; living to the truth there is none else besides him. What I place faith in for this course is to meet my egoistic performance anxiety fear in the presence of reforming light correction in order to live to Creator’s purpose and correcting this in myself in order to love the other. Very hard to truly love when hiding within a fear based isolation boundary.
What has inspired me is this wisdom of correct receiving through connection that can be felt in the course work. I have learned my responsibility to correct my part that is in other souls. I wish for my fellow students deep connection that brings an eternal filling of the light.
In context of: Kabbalah teaches that the No. 1 issue humanity will face in the near future will be our inability to connect to each other above our growing ego.
Does destiny hold more power than free will? I ask in regards to the spiritual desire within me pushing me to seek the Creator. This led to connecting with groups from different paths. I experienced deep connection in a group, this connection brought (as I have learned from the Kabbalah courses) insights of Kabbalah concepts, but when shared connection turned to rejection. Path and group, one after the other connection, insight, rejection.
The spiritual desire was bringing Kabbalistic insights but finding this path took over 30 years. I now have a lot to unlearn. If I would have truly had free will I am sure I would have chosen the shorter path instead of the path of suffering endured.
As the wine skin parable goes, I am an old skin filled with old wine (old to point of vinegar), I cannot hold the new wine (current Kabbalah teachings) until I become empty of old wine and develop a new skin to hold the new wine (10).
Was the connection in those groups real as they did bring insights from the light?
What was the purpose of the insights that brought rejection and took a life time to reveal the Kabbalah path?
Is there purpose in growing my ego in rejection fear that has distorted my perception and by projection to the world as a whole?
And again, does destiny hold more power than free will?
