The owner with this in mind probably wouldn’t consider positive social relationships of the employees as a means to that end. It’s not been taught or practiced as being part of a successful business model over the years. It’s as if there was a blindspot to that concept.

We would produce a means by which at least 30 or as many as 90 people would gather in a rustic setting for 8 days to learn and practice that particular tradition. There was never a manual to follow on how to do this so we had to make it up as we went along. We made plenty of mistakes but we always would look at them and readjust to work it better for everyone. I have since retired from my position in the group but have passed it on to a new generation. It was an amazing experience.
