The warm and fulfilling womb is still the same, but the desire and needs of the future human are evolving. Before we start the first week let’s set our expectations. How do we want the womb (Light) to influence and evolve us? What do we desire to achieve in this semester? #299993Kenneth AlexanderParticipant
I want to Light to influence me by pushing me to correct myself as well as not get caught flowing and drowning in the currents of life. I desire to expand my knowledge of Kabbalah and emphatic learning.
Kenneth AlexanderParticipantI wish for my peers in this course the patience and diligence to continue to study this wondrous wisdom, and to be guided by the Upper Light to a place where they feel more Equivalence of Form with the Creator.
September 10, 2022 at 2:57 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Imagine if people were connected according to the spiritual law of love. How would these many issues be approached differently? #299679Kenneth AlexanderParticipantThey would be approached from a place of collective altruism rather than a place of egoism. As a group we would be better equipped to identify our own selfish desires in our intents, hopefully easing the process of turning our desires to receive into desires to bestow. Rather than thinking from a place of “what can I take from this group”, under the spiritual law of love everyone would be seeking to give to the group, enabling it to grow along with those inside of it. People wouldn’t close themselves up out of fear of being embarrassed or exploited. Rather than fearing being connected to others, people would seek to be connected as it would become an absolute net positive.

The one I’ve been contemplating on recently is the idea of a waterwheel that turns a millstone. To be like the waterwheel, receiving from the water the force to turn, which makes me (The waterwheel) feel like I’m doing as I should. And as the water flows through me, I help turn the millstone that produces the force to grind wheat into flour, which in turn gives the next the ability to turn that flour into bread. It’s kind of silly I admit, but its been helping me conceptualize the idea of being a force that takes in order to give.
August 29, 2022 at 12:19 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Our entire work in Kabbalah is only to attract the light that reforms. By this we receive everything we need for our advancement. Furthermore, I’m told that if I will help the others, I will advance myself even more towards spirituality. How does this work? What does it mean to help the others, those with the point in the heart, on the spiritual path? #298604Kenneth AlexanderParticipantBy opening up and discussing Kabbalah with others, I give them and myself a better way to learn about how our egos work. This will help with conceptualizing our intents and how they pertain to the goal of receiving in order to bestow. Rather than just trying to change our egoistic nature on our own, which is akin to a dog chasing its own tail, we have another with a point of the heart witch which we can discuss and see things we might not be able to see on our own. Ultimately I would say that helping means being an honest and caring presence to interact with while straining to move ourselves up the ladder towards higher places together.
August 26, 2022 at 9:43 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Prompt: Considering our journey thus far, how can we fortify our connection with the illuminating force? How do we amplify its transformative influence? #298517Kenneth AlexanderParticipantThat it works on us as we work with it. It cant be coerced and is found in reading the right Kabbalistic books with the intention of learning how to receive in order to bestow. By taking our study further and continuing to study ourselves within in a Kabbalist group environment, we can further attract the Reforming Light as we interact and learn to love each other.
