ParticipantBy desiring intently with our heart and will to connect with Him, asking Him to connect with Him, doing so we will also reinforce the point in the heart. The creator will hear us and will initiate the connection. This is the beginning I think.

ParticipantHi fellow students,
I thought it could be useful : here is a lexicon of Hebrew words often used in Kabbalah. Here is the link:
Kabbalistic Terms Glossary | The Science of Kabbalah (Pticha) | Books | Michael Laitman | Kabbalah Library – Bnei Baruch Kabbalah Education & Research Institute
PS: Sorry, it was impossible for me to copy the link, but you will find it!

ParticipantHi Seth,
I submitted a question, but somehow it did not commit. Anyhow, I found the answer in “Kabbalah Revealed” p.94. Since I knew a bit of the name of the 10 sefirot I was a bit confused as to where were Hesed, Gevura, Tifferet, Netzah, Hod, and Yesod? I understand now that tese 6 sefirot are part of  Phase Three—Zeir Anpin.
Next time I will complete the entire lesson including the suggested reading before asking a question 😊
Also, your proposal to write a lexicon in order to get familiar and remember the meaning of the basic Kabbalah Hebrew words become a necessity at this point in the study. I realized that.
Thank you for your time,

ParticipantHi Seth,
Your answer is really helpful.

ParticipantOne thing came to mind to help bring the collective soul to surface. There are in the world, many meditation groups, where people come together, (physically or remotely) at a given time. The are united by a same intention, or topic. They pray to help bring peace to the world, or meditate on compassion, on sending love to people, the earth etc. The important point is to unite to do the practice all together at the same time -relatively of course. With Internet and collaborative apps, it is now possible to bring together thousands and thousands of people. This represent a tremendous energy.
So I suppose, it is possible in this Kabbalah study group to choose a Kabbalah topic to reflect upon, a line in a book, a concept, whatever, and reflect on it all at the same time and with the force of the collective, every participant will feel or understand better the chosen object tu reflect upon that day.

ParticipantI understood that in order to understand the meaning of life on earth and experiment the true reality, I have to understand the intent of the creator on us, which is to receive without limit. In order to conform to the Creator’s intent, to be in harmony with it, and eventually go back to our origin, we have first to reinforce the yarning of the point in the heart. In a day to day practice, this means that I have to closely observe what ismy every true intention behind every action or thought, I have to be honest with myself. If it is not in accordance with the will to bestow (since, humans and all nature form a whole entity) , if the motivation behind the thought, feeling, action, etc, is the will to receive only for myself, I have to correct it. It means that I really have to observe myself intently. Also, when the yarning io conform to the Creator intent grows further, he/she/it will ear it and provide is help, in the form of enhanced strength and courage, or an opportunity, an exterior help, for example, which gives me hope as it is hardly possible to do alone.in all circumstances. Also I think that doing shadow work (working on our subconscious motivations, identifying them, healing them and correcting them might surely help
