I think it’s important to have a discipline?
Thanks, Claire

I tend to listen to podcasts when I am out walking but don’t have the time to sit for hours reading. Also, another question, I have been meditating the Ana B’Koach every day for some time with great peaceful results but now I am finding it hard, should I carry on? I think it’s important to have a discipline.
Thanks for all the input. It’s a well organised course and well made. A great gift, thanks Claire

However, during one of the videos that I watched on you tube it was explained that it is when we want to bestow what the creator wants that we can make that connection. I had a wonderful feeling out of that, that the creator’s wish is to bestow delight in or to us and that we have to want to give the creator that experience of pleasure. That is how I have understood it in any event.
February 26, 2024 at 1:49 pm EST in reply to: Preparation Question: To what perception of reality do we want the study of Kabbalah to lead us? #362617marie claireParticipantTo full perception without being bound by the ego and the 5 senses which are how we currently perceive it and to finally merge with the creator irrevocably .
