I felt like first 3 courses were more of  stepping stones to something bigger, more practical use of  Kabbalah in my life. Looking forward to learn more.

I understand all the teaching but I feel like I’m reading a book and have not reached the final chapter. I must journey on to the end.

Humanity would move from a state of fragmented, self-centered, self-interest existence to knowing that we are all a part of a single interconnected, collective soul. Transforming selfishness into love.

This it is achieved by studying authentic texts, participating in group work, participating in selfless  actions to create equivalence of form with the creator.

I learned the difference of Kabbalistic prayers focused on spiritual  aim, changing the person praying vs regular prayer focused on changing creator and  asking only to provide what is lacking in physical world.

By helping others it allows you to mimic the nature of Creator. By helping other transform you your own nature into a desire to share which creates  as spiritual “equivalence of form” between you and Divine Light.

Acts of kindness help you shed negative traits like pride and selfishness. Instead of acting based on what makes you feel good, you act to fulfill the material or emotional needs of others.

Helping others forces you to acknowledge that every person contains a spark of the Divine. Thru progress happens when you give with the sole intention of connecting to the  Light and being like the Creator.
