ParticipantI have learned over these 5 weeks , that all human actions are fundamentally motivated by personal preservation and avoidance of pain.
Without ” sovereign power”, humans would exist in perpetual war against all, because their competing egoistic desires.
We all should focus on common good,” universal benevolence”, that we owe the world. I promise to treat myself with same benevolence, as I owe the world.
My personal growth is a necessary part of the world’s preservation.

ParticipantRegarding climbing 125 steps of correction,, do we climb a step at a time with each intention? Or do climb number of steps at a time? Do we ever fall back in our climb up? How can we tell that we are making progress in our climb?

ParticipantThere is lot to digest. I am going back and forth between video from previous weeks. I understand what is presented, but have to pause and think about what is presented .still learningso I can explain it with ease. But everything presented makes sense.
