I became interested in Kabbalah as I was studying almost all the religions in the world. Looking for common threads.
I read a book Jesus and the goddesses and it explained Jesus and Sophia in the divine male and divine feminine. and how the Roman Catholic Church took gnosis or would  Judaism would call Daath  out of teaching it. And it made me realize that the esoterically teachings are for the few and not all people. The inner courtyard in the outer courtyard are symbolisms to that fact
