Noam BenarieParticipantShalom! Noam here!
It might have something to do with the misunderstood ideology that the are the chosen people. The days of old were pagan days, many Gods, while the Jews had One. Their mere existence is a statement we are chosen and our God is the only God…and to others that will translate as, you are not chosen and your God has no meaning.
Obviously it must be deeper than this, but on the surface it perpetuates the hate.October 18, 2026 at 12:30 pm EDT in reply to: A question for you before we get started: Why do you think it was decided that all people would be born lacking the tool of spiritual perception? #524694
Noam BenarieParticipantSimilar to the ARI’s poem in the last section, the still point, or place that was created in the middle of the infinite light was created as a place where both Creator and created can exist. Prior to that there was no place, no time, no reference for here or there, there was just light, infinite light…and so this place which was created allowed for a different experience the Creator can now have, prior to this place there was just the experience of Being, Infinite being.
The perception of Infinite being, is Spiritual perception, yet it doesn’t know itself as Spiritual perception, since there is no ‘other’ so it is just perceiving itself as itself in infinity. A ‘place’ allows for a contrast of experience, it allows for the concept of spiritual to be born.
So if the Laws of the Upper must be that of the Lower, that ‘place’ that was created for experiences to be had, is similar in the lower worlds which have restrictions, or lacks…and so when we come, born, without spiritual perception, we are only in the bestowal of the Creator giving us the opportunity to experience Spiritual or True perception. If we were born with True perception, how could we know we had it, and what would there be to attain? Similar to a fish being born in water doesn’t have any concept of water or air, and so the instinct to find Air beyond water never comes to the fish. We who are born in the restriction, sometimes even at very early ages, begin to yearn for something higher and cannot be satisfied with what we have…there is an innate Knowing that there is something more than this awareness in which we find ourselves in.

Noam BenarieParticipantIn the related videos there’s the Youtube lessons on the 10 Sefirot, he mentions 2x that the individual soul of Adam is the same individual soul reincarnated all the way down to Ashlag…just by assumption that revelation must have come to Ashlag himself, unless it was prophesied by the Ari. How do we know that it was the same soul? Where is it written? Was it a revelation, a vision, someone’s belief…how can we know it was the same soul, where is it referenced? Toda!

Noam BenarieParticipantHello, I’m going through the courses while i wait for the learning path to start. Happy to learn and grow together.
Noam BenarieParticipantBeing born in Israel and inheriting the Jewish religion, I never felt connected to it because I never could understand the depth behind it and why it exists. I’m excited to understand Kabbalah and learn what was really intended by the Torah and the sages of our times. Thank you!
