HI Albert,
you re a busy man, answering so many questions – which is always very enlightening !
I d greatly appreciate understanding about “Torah & Mitzvot”, as I expect others besides myself may not know that part of the background.  Can you also speak a bit about what it means by “Above Reason”.
Thank you

Times when I start to pray & my mind wanders off, forgetting I was trying to communicate with on High. Then a sense of frustration & failure. What an eye opener & relief, to hear Tony say : – the pushing away is a way of increasing the desire. To have this explained & understood is invaluable, & a great encouragement. It has alerted me to the process, so I will, I hope, be able to push further.  Thank you so much!
March 20, 2023 at 2:48 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: In what way have I gained a deeper understanding of my life and of the forces working in the world? #315687SarahParticipantI am looking at small incidents in my life in a new way, questioning if I ve seen the teaching there, & noticing that my Ego needs correction, often. Well, if there is something disturbing about the incident, it s a clue that I ve seen it through my ego. At the level of manifest reality, there still seems to be a dance between giving & receiving. I love it that the difficulties are our tools.
I m wondering about the meaning of Kabbalah as the “wisdom to receive”. I had thought it meant to receive wisdom, but now I understand that the wisdom is to become the Kli, and receive Heshem’s light. It was very helpful to hear Tony say, yesterday, that there is a way to attract the light by my own effort in such a way that the door will open. I m guessing that our own yearnings are the key.

So I m beginning to understand what Seth said. That all these things are different levels of the emmenations?
Maybe, the first thing was created, and there was a cascade down from that, to include all these others ?Again, I m wondering how far this goes in being an answer?

I may be wrong, but my understanding is that Adam Harishon is the oversoul, from which we are each a shattered piece, but that Malchut is the lowest, manifest world , in which we live. Adam Harishon was formed in the spirit world and fell through the barrier when shattered, and so arrived in Malkut.
I d love to know if what I ve said is correct?

We are learning about a way to change our perceptions, and this is all new territory, and is being described in intellectual language. I guess that’s our doorway in. But what we’re being told about the forces that govern reality is that they are totally benevolent and loving.
Am I just jumping the gun here? but in any case, I m very aware that my heart is not open, as I d like it to be, & it would be be good to know if this is something that we will be getting to? Thank you.
