Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #459972

ParticipantI hope to learn how to apply everything I’ve learned so far.

ParticipantThe biggest thing I think the last course did for me was show me how everything really is good. I’m seeing in my daily life that what I used to think was “bad” or “wrong” is actually just my perception of it, and things really do happen for a good reason.

Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #452814Sean
ParticipantTo find that for which my heart yearns. For me, it’s that simple.

ParticipantIn this life, everything is all planned out by the Creator already, which makes sense when we are in a state of receiving for receiving and even receiving to bestow. Our thoughts, decisions, every moment of our existence is receiving of some sort. Once we become like the Creator, the state of true bestowal, does free will change, or will the Creator always be writing our story?
September 4, 2025 at 8:31 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Try to imagine the sensation behind the statement “There is None Else Besides Him.” How can I feel that the entire reality is the action of the Creator? #451142Sean
ParticipantOnly by becoming like the Creator can I realize that fully. Everything in my current reality feels too separate from one another and my ego insists so strong that that is so that it feels near impossible to believe otherwise.

ParticipantI just want to say that the concept of this world being like a projector screen has been an mind bender for me. It makes a lot more sense to me than any other theory has. Also, the treatment of spiritual things as a science is not typical. That you don’t necessarily have to believe some far-fetched idea of some “guru” but you can experience the fact yourself has very much inspired me to learn more and keep at it. It also showed me how I have no way of being altruistic of myself. No matter how hard I try at it, my desires are always selfish. It takes an outside influence to alter my desires to be that of giving, I can’t do it myself. The degree to which this has rung true to me has been very humbling. I hope we can all grow to be more like the Creator.
