Sean SotakParticipantIn addition to the lessons, I have been listening to books that are written by authors within KabU.
I was definitely ready for the spiritual work when I found Kabbalah. I started to understand how my ego was keeping me from moving forward when I asked the creator to show it to me. The same thing kept on occurring and getting in between my relationships. I am a giving person in the way that one might go out of there way to help a family member or close friend. Then when these people would not come through when I needed them or truly appreciate my actions brought on a lot of anger. I have come to approach what the Creator sends me without any need for an outcome and others you just need to eliminate from your life like those who cannot get there mind around grasping the truth about the Torah written in root and branch not literally. The understanding that there is no other than the Creator and that it comes from him with the purpose of elevating us spiritually has changed my Life!
Sean SotakParticipantMy hope or wish for my fellow student is that you are able to block out all the distractions from this loud and demanding world and evaluate your life in this moment and not the past or future to truly see what is happening and what the Creator is trying to achieve with your life. Just the knowing that everything comes from our loving Creator and that there is a greater purpose takes all the gray away and static that clouds the place in the heart from being discovered.

I was a little concerned that I would not be able to accomplish this as an individual and how I can be apart of a group of 10.

My name is Sean and I have been connecting with Kabbalah for about a year or so and found this blessing form the Creator during Covid with my Son. I have long been unsatisfied with religion as a whole and found the answers with this and extremely grateful that the creator has chosen me to pursue it. I have listened to 3 of the books by Laitman and have totally changed how I pray and live daily. I have asked for correction and finally realized that one thing in particular has been coming up in my life. I am naturally a giving person with people that I am not familiar with and even more so with family. With family it is more sensitive and therefore when my efforts and actions are not appreciated or returned it causes anger and I wasn’t reacting correctly. I also have a lot of hope for this generation of young people that seem to want to get back to nature and have a sense of community. I look foreword to joining a group of 10 to grow spiritually!!!
