Everything is simultaneously clearer than ever and foggier than ever. 🙂

What is blowing my mind right now?
(Actually, more like horrifying/terrifying my mind right now?)
If there are only 2 things: the creator and the creation
Doesn’t this mean that when all is said and done, there is just one consciousness all alone?
To “Human it up” a bit, I imagine being alone for all of eternity, going insane, making up imaginary friends, hallucinating/dreaming all of this?
If there is only one thing, then there is nothing to compare anything to and everything is meaningless.
How can you be the fastest runner, if there is only one runner?
You’re the fastest and the slowest and everything and nothing.
If it’s just us, we can fail, there is nothing protecting us.
There is this concern that I keep hiding from myself, forgetting the truth because it renders everything meaningless, but then because of my nature, I always remember eventually that I’m all alone.

The Creator desires to bestow pleasure
The Creation desires to receive pleasure
But if the WAY that The Creation receives pleasure is by bestowing pleasure (same as creator) then both The Creator and The Creation are receiving pleasure by bestowing pleasure?)

Wouldn’t that make us the opposite of what the creator wants? (if the creator wants to bestow and wants us to receive?)
Is this entire process so that there will be two from one, but counterparts/reflections?
Two wholes that enjoy to both give and receive?
December 2, 2022 at 9:58 pm EST in reply to: Preparation Question: To what perception of reality do we want the study of Kabbalah to lead us? #305578ShelParticipantEventually to a full, unfiltered reality, unless it is more fun to leave some of the filters on.. whichever perception of reality leads to the greatest good and highest purpose
December 2, 2022 at 6:19 pm EST in reply to: Ask anything about week 1 lesson and materials and get an answer from a senior Kabbalah instructor. #305570ShelParticipantRegarding something that was said in one of the course prep videos, about reincarnation and how not everyone has a soul. Once a person has created a soul, do they experience reincarnation? Is it possible to lose a soul once you start to create it?
Are we creating a new soul, or are we connecting to the soul we all share? If we create our own soul, does it eventually merge back with the soul that we all share?
Is the purpose of all of this essentially reproduction? Creating copies and then making them conscious? (Like how we hope to one day create AI that is conscious?)
When the process is done, are we at a state of the giver and the receiver, both whole and conscious, like two perfect counterparts? Or does the process repeat and create more than just one giver/receiver?
Thank you so much for your time and work!
