SuzanneParticipantNow I notice that what I seem to think about most often is “I want…..”. I never realized how self absorbed I was. I started daily writing down 6 things that I already have that I am grateful for, 6 acts of service to others, 6 things I desire (just to get that out of the way so I can think about other things), and 4 acts of “temple care”, which is doing things that take care of my physical body.

SuzanneParticipantMy role in this is to “Be the change you wish to see” as Ghandi said. To love my neighbor as myself. By that correction, others around me will also be affected by that love.

SuzanneParticipantI don’t think it’s possible for me to know the perspective of the Creator, but based off of what I have learned then the Creator perceives everything as a perfect intricate systems that teaches life about how to create and bestow the in the same loving fashion as he/she.

SuzanneParticipantI understood something about being like the Creator that I really can’t put into words. It’s like when you hear something a bunch of times and then one day you get it.

Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #492116
SuzanneParticipantIn week 8. At this point it is to understand, and to feel the Creator and the purpose of life. I want to connect with other like minded individuals in this space, especially because there is no one around me that shares the same interest. I want to be a part of this community. I also want to work through my resistance to certain words that stem from my past.

SuzanneParticipantI don’t really believe in freedom of choice. I think that we just think we are making a choice and because of that I follow what Joseph Campbell said “While on Earth, play the game.” I quote from The book of Tokens says, “I am the doer of all. Nothing moveth but my power.”
