VerenaParticipantWell, itÅ› basically all new… but so far in this course, the understanding of prayer was very helpful, also starting to understand about the middle line,…and about the fact that the creater is unchangeably good, and that he means to fulfill the creature, that is humanity as a whole, and all other of his creation, with utmost pleasure. Also the fact that. we are all feeling disconnected and as single individuals , but are still part of „one“ creature… and therefore, we are all connected (whether we wish so or not) – thatÅ› all very strong impressions and images.

VerenaParticipantI would wish to gain a spiritual foundation and to share this with others, to connect with humans that share this intention.
August 30, 2024 at 4:01 pm EDT in reply to: How can I pray in a way that will get my prayers answered? #385986
VerenaParticipantI may pray for changing myself, but there is no need or sense in praying for whishes or needs that I feel I might wish to have fulfilled,  because the upper force is good  and only good for the good and the evil ;and itś unchangeable in that being good. So I dońt need to ask for it. The only thing I might really need is the understanding and acceptance to work along what  „good“ might mean in a specific context, especially, if I cannot feel that goodness from the position I am taking. THerefore, I might feel lost or overwhelmed, and that is when I might pray for help to understand and change my position / attitude / feeling towards any given challenge or towards my position in this network. And if I would want to pray for a change of the whole of human beings, than I can as well only do it without thinking about what I wish. or need for myself. Because the latter doesńt need prayer. If there is a need, and it can be answered, without harming the development of those involved, it will be answered without my prayer. However, understanding that process is nearly impossible… and therefore, all I can pray for is to gain understanding and the strength to change towards the needed direction.

VerenaParticipantHi, I am Verena, I am really intrigued by understanding more, I am just starting to learn about Kabbalah, and I have an interest in things like quantum physics, and I am curious as to how far these two go together…

VerenaParticipant1. I am understanding that there are many predetermined factors in the lives of human beings; and that suffering in terms of experiencing man-made or non-man-made desasters  desastersare part of the soulś path of development. Do I get it right, that all of this is meant to be? All of this is pre-determined ? And that this is a way more interconnected process than one would think? After all, just thinking of what humans are doing to humans… each of the acts will affect many more than the just directly involved individuals. And is it right, that in this interconnectivity, each act happening t o „one“ human is something that happens in order for all souls to develop?
2. I am wondering what could be a rational for people who are actually suffering? Especially, when they have been on their way to gain spiritual understanding. I feel itś a really fragile spot, and I am wondering how to help bridge that subjective experiences of the cruelty of life on the one handside, and the spiritual worthiness in those situations of real  hardship o the other. Is it a BUT?… it is true pain in this life, BUT it has a spiritual purpose?  It feels hardly possible just to tell them „this is because he wants it so“. I would be afraid that it would drive them even further away from any perception of light. What would be a rational to help those involved understand to bridge this gap between their subjectively felt pain, and its possible spiritual purpose? Would it be the message „there are no victims in spirituality, but it can feel like it being human“? And would it be correct to say that?
