Wiger LeveringParticipantWhat inspires me mostly is also what I learned: the point in the heart must have awakened, otherwise I wouldn’t have been drawn to these courses.
As to my fellow students, I, first of all, would like to have a group of students more near to where I live (in the Netherlands, remote from the main cities in the western part). For that group, I wish we could work together and in the end have our souls working together to start developing peace of heart.February 20, 2023 at 2:51 am EST in reply to: Reflect: Share something from the lesson that blew your mind, or even just gave you a new perspective. #313079
Wiger LeveringParticipantIt strikes me (and at the same time makes me feel at ease) that one can study Kabbalah while being embedded in a religion that seems to deny the wisdom of Kabbalah.
Yet, I feel that finding the right environment to develop oneself might become a bit of a burden as long as one remains embedded. I wonder what would be the lessons from kabbalists who where in that same situation.January 26, 2023 at 3:01 am EST in reply to: What was my best experience from the previous course? What do I expect from this course? #310879
Wiger LeveringParticipantThe previous course helped me understand that there are logical structures that can be understood instead of emphasizing that you only need to feel to experience the spiritual world. I am more the kind of person that needs to understand before I can allow myself to feel, so . . . it feels like home coming.
Wiger LeveringParticipantMy name is Wiger and I live in the Netherlands. Being an engineer by education, I always there is more to life than just what man can make. While studying church music, I found that quite some of the songs used throughout the Christian church, come from kabbalists. That was the point where I gave into my curiousness after Kabbalah. After a number of years, I now finally really started studying Kabbalah with the desire to incorporate it into my daily life. In all my roles: husband, father, engineer, church musician and more . . .
Wiger LeveringParticipantI am Wiger and I am here to really understand what Kabbalah is about and how it can help me finding my true purpose for this life . . .
