Does Kabbalah make me more crueler or the opposite?

      • #332362

People who come to Kabbalah have a greater desire than anyone else, so great that it is above anything in this world and they crave something above it, outside it. That may mean they are cruel, but they may be sweet and kind–this has to do with a person’s character.

Does studying Kabbalah make me more capable to do good or harder?

      • #332361

Once a person starts studying, they don’t really know what they’re studying. The definition of “good” begins to change, and once you realize what good actually is you realize how distant you are from it and ultimately how incapable you are doing any good whatsoever.

Does kabbalah make me lose interest in corporeality or more desire for them than before?

      • #332360

Typically yes, but along the path more desires will awaken in order to reveal greater desire which we will need to overcome.

Does the language of the branches include states of mind or only corporeal names?

What is the purpose of evil?

      • #332357

There is no objective evil, rather the recognition of our corruption shows us the opposite of the Creator and this is what is called evil. The Creator only does good, it’s our disconnection from that which shows us a different reality.
