I’m seeing that I’ve been looking within and connecting to others through a program called Celebrate Recovery. And because of the searching of Mussar, I’ve been led to this Teaching.

I’ve gained the understanding, or rather revelation that I’ve been unknowingly, basically practicing Kabbalah for half my life. But without guidance. I think the years to come will be quite fulfilling.

I’m just becoming more aware that there’s a law of nature, it’s pure good, it’s developing us, and any pain and suffering is simply a reflection of how our egoistic nature is the opposite of its altruistic nature. The more we correct ourselves, the closer we get to truth. But, understanding seems like the easy part.

I am learning that there is so much beyond what we in our small reality can understand and that we can learn to tap in to so much more than we think there is. Im finding that I want to be a giver beyond receiving and want to align myself closer to The Creator and that is possible.

I have learned that I must learn that what I perceive through my 5 senses is not the truth but a filtered version of the whole truth.

What I came to understand is that our life (or the reality we perceive as our life) is basically an interchange (battle is too much strong so I choose ‘interchange’) of two forces which we call positive and negative – which are representing the will of bestowal and the  will of receiving. The way we perceive life is through our 5 physical senses and as we become more ‘positive’ and attain more and more the will for bestowal we develop the sense that allows us a much broader perception of our ‘reality’.
