I’m not sure.
Many of these concepts are familiar to me.
Even though I regard myself as a reasonably educated and intelligent person, and as much as SOME of the videos make sense, others often sound like complete “gobbledy-gook” and intellectual sophistry to explain away some of life’s challenging questions.

I have begun to Overstand, Innerstand and Understand the Synchronicity of my the effect of myself and my reality. The way I perceive, the way I think even how I think to think (sry if that seems confusing).

Through self knowledge.  As for the forces, I just know that there is a Plan which will lead me to Self fulfillment.
