By this we receive everything we need for our advancement. Furthermore, I’m told that if I will help the others, I will advance myself even more towards spirituality. How does this work? What does it mean to help the others, those with the point in the heart, on the spiritual path? #454527
Andrew LawsonParticipantBy helping others we a giving to others. We give them our time, our attention, our patience and therefore we give them our love.
When we love like this it’s an act of bestowal, and we align ourselves with the upper force.
Then we all benefit from the process, and we create a little bit of heaven on earth.

Andrew LawsonParticipantI am still childlike in many ways, full with wonderment of the previous lessons. Ready to be shown a better way to be in this world, in hope that I may some day reflect what is in the upper world.

Andrew LawsonParticipantBy raising our conscious level to that of the guiding force through all it offers us, and being aware of our oppositeness, when our ego draws us toward suffering.

Andrew LawsonParticipantThank you for the lessons. Consciousness, is about awareness of our state. Often we are not aware of our oppositeness to nature, perhaps we created a life around ourselves that limits need to “bump” into others, as that is the way we prefer, because it’s uncomfortable and we don’t like the feelings that are brought up. But it’s in these interactions where we find ourselves challenged, that our level of consciousness is being raised. If we remain conscious of that process, then in those moments we feel challenged by others we may remain a little open to see what is the lesson our level of awareness is being called to. In that moment we give a little patience for both the other person and patience for ourselves. We learn to love the other as we should love ourselves. After all, we are all one.
I understand the importance of the group, and grateful for a group of people that step up to this challenge with the right intention. Let us take care of ourselves and each other when it gets uncomfortable. Let us strengthen each other in doing so, by bringing back the pieces of Adam HaRishon with conscious care at attention.

Andrew LawsonParticipantIt seems that our senses limit our contact with reality, locking in our awareness to a physical world. The upper worlds, that do not have confinement of space, time and motion sound almost too overwhelming for our senses to comprehend.
Yet, we are shattered pieces of this one soul, Adam, which comes from this place beyond our senses. Therefore does coming back to the upper force feel like coming home?
I wonder when I feel joy or excitement for contact with the upper force, if this is in fact egoism, until the only emotion that I seem to feel is love for it.
I pray that I can stay with it, to grow with it, to serve its intention to bestow by being the being the best “me” I can be. But then I check again is this my ego talking, but the ego seems less present and there seems only love. Yet, am I writing this to serve my ego? 🙂 Of course!
It starts to feel like a dance with the upper force. I am grateful for the lesson that to have the will to connect to the upper force and to stay within the intention to receive so to bestow. This helps me check my actions by searching my heart.
Understanding that we are on a journey helps me to forgive myself for my mistakes. I find I can be more gentle with myself when I need to make a correction, and find a love for that part of myself that is trying to grow.
I am so grateful for this, as being able to do this for myself helps me be better for others, more patient and understanding for others, that they are on their journey too. I think that simply showing someone that you can recognise this in them, through patience and forgivenesst, can help them to recognise it in themselves as well. And perhaps this might help them come a little closer to a place of love with the upper force.
I think through this I am starting to understand what it means: to do unto others as you would do unto you.
This journey is not over yet, and I will no doubt be tested in my ability to hold this intention. But please know that I will continue to do my best I can, for your sake as well as mine.

Andrew LawsonParticipantMaking the transition from perceiving reality from how the world affects just me, to understanding the the desires of others and how their desires shape their reality and meet this with compassion with the intention to give above my own egoistic desires.
