AngeParticipantTo me, it means slowly moving from seeing life through my own wants and reactions toward genuinely caring for others and feeling more connected. In Kabbalist terms, it feels like shifting from the desire to receive for myself toward developing the quality of bestowal and becoming more aligned with the Creator’s nature.

Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #497683
AngeParticipantpractical ways to shift from egoism/receiving to altruism/giving in my everyday life

Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #495474
AngeParticipantMy intention is to move beyond ego-driven thinking toward genuine care for others, creating deeper connection and a more peaceful, fulfilling life.

AngeParticipantWhat blew my mind was the idea that what we call free will is mostly an illusion, and that our only real freedom is in choosing the environment that influences us. You don’t change yourself directly, your environment changes how you see, and that creates your freedom.
AngeParticipantI imagine it as trying to feel that nothing is random, even the small everyday moments. There’s a quiet sense of being guided or held within something bigger, where everything I experience is part of one source. That feeling helps me be more aware of how I respond and how I connect.
