The warm and fulfilling womb is still the same, but the desire and needs of the future human are evolving. Before we start the first week let’s set our expectations. How do we want the womb (Light) to influence and evolve us? What do we desire to achieve in this semester? #498246
csillaParticipanti feel something similar, but just now i felt like hoping the continuation of the process will succeed in deepening my new unfolding inner experience, like easing into a hot bath

csillaParticipanti’m very surprised about my growing kind, compassionate awareness of others, as a result of the last course. I’m noticing how much more simple it is to be with the people in my daily life, as my active participation seems to diminish in importance and how others seem to feel better with my more ‘simple’ mode of interaction, which is like gently swishing the surface of a stream along with the current — and i remember more often people’s smiling back at me. i think before the recent KabU classes i was wary of others wanting something from me, but now it seems that people seem more content in their own lives, and they don’t really want anything in particular – and they appreciate being acknowledged with a few simple words and a light sprinkling of happiness. idk, but i’m increasingly curious about learning more

csillaParticipantnot too many ideas are coming up for this one, atm, but, i’m thinking something like under the conditions proposed there would be decreasing polarization, accompanied by elimination of many problems based on that alone, with lasting solutions, since the basis of those types of conflict would be eliminated.
The approach to the persisting issues would be a variation on Bentham’s utilitarianism, i.e., without the minority, since the goal of everyone would be seeking the mutual benefit of others (rather than suffering the tyranny of democratic majorities’ interests).
Ultimately, it seems likely that since the Upper Force is Unified and doing all of this anyway, maybe political philosophy, sociology and other academic subjects have less insights to offer than Kabbalah. we shall see 🙂
csillaParticipantWhat most inspired me in the course was the relationship between the video lessons and the recommended readings
What have I learned about myself in the process, by ‘simply’ studying the KabU lessons and reading the recommended Kabbalistic texts, was the “hidden me” that seems to be emerging in the most unexpectedly natural (and oddly most placid) way, like the truest-to-myself me (so, i suppose that’s why it seems so natural).
I wish for my fellow students in their spiritual development to experience the same gradual revelation and unfolding, by studying the KabU lessons and reading the recommended Kabbalistic texts.
The ongoing feelings of deepening gratitude for these opportunities to grow are also a part of this discovery process.
April 21, 2026 at 7:04 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Our entire work in Kabbalah is only to attract the light that reforms. By this we receive everything we need for our advancement. Furthermore, I’m told that if I will help the others, I will advance myself even more towards spirituality. How does this work? What does it mean to help the others, those with the point in the heart, on the spiritual path? #495736
csillaParticipantaside from a lot of things previously mentioned, i think the newest part of the lessons for me might also be teaching that work in a Kabbalistic group has to do with everyone that participates agreeing to accept others’ viewpoint when difference of opinions arise, which enables the one accepting such to see and avoid enforcing their own limited ego viewpoint, while adopting the others’ viewpoint. In this way, the collective viewpoint is gradually attained by the group, as the merging beyond each ego’s self-concern expands to include the entire group. i’ll add that it gets better after replacing what bothers you about another person with genuine concern for their part of the collective viewpoint, meaning that instead of thinking of them with associations of how they annoy you, which is a very small percent of who they really are (if at all 🙂 ), think of them with associations for their part of striving toward the higher goal with an open heart to be supportive and helpful. after reading Zohar or some Kabbalistic texts and the KabU lessons, etc, it becomes a lot easier to do these things, since thankfully, reading, etc, brings my lowest point up a bit higher. (still hoping for the best !)

csillaParticipantHello i’ve a couple of questions, but first is a question about one part of the below sentence quoted (in bold) from the end of the recommended reading, “Rav, Disciple and Group”; mostly, i don’t understand what it means that “we must not abandon the post”, although i do understand to a certain degree the overall meaning, since it echoes the 1st sentence of the answer. “A: Accepting another’s opinion means to live in it, to accept their ideas above your own, and agree that everything that happens is for your own good because a friend recommends it.” i.e., “voice from Heaven” and “a representative of the Creator“.
So, this is the sentence containing the quoted part that i didn’t understand:
“The minute we are faced with a dispute, we must not abandon the post and immediately accept our friends’ position.”
Thanks in advance for reading my present inquiry and for any help figuring out that part of the reading.
