I intend to learn the practical tools that will empower and enable me to apply the wisdom of Kabbalah in ways that will make an actual difference in my life, in the lives of those around me, and in my relationship to the Creator.
I gained many insights into the nature of what it is to be a human being on this spiritual journey. Understanding that we descended from the level of the Creator and are climbing back up the ladder and will ultimately return to the Creator is both reassuring and gives a sense of purpose to life.
Also, seeing that the seemingly negative experiences in life are actually orchestrated by the Creator as the means of overcoming the ego has been a revelation! I am, as a result, less judgemental with myself and others, knowing that a correction is possible as I apply the principles of Kabbalah to my life.
This leads to my intention for this course: to learn to apply the concepts and techniques that arise out of Kabbalistic teachings to my life for the purpose of correction, leading to spiritual advancement.
The attitude of the Creator is only ever that of the unchanging desire to bestow.
Understanding this means that His attitude never changes toward me. My view shifts to knowing that He is good that only does good, and His good is found everywhere within creation: inside nature, desire, thought and action.
My present intention for studying Kabbalah is to become closer and closer to the Creator. This course for me is a means for learning and understanding how this created Universe really works and my place and purpose in it. In this way, I can then use this wisdom to go on to assist others to grow along their own spiritual paths.
