Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #387597Deborah JoplinParticipant
I hope to grow into a more constant state of awareness of my connection to the Spiritual Worlds and to the Collective Soul. I have been encountering the Reshimot driving me from within. I have been reading from the new course books. I am eager to have a greater sensation of the presence of the Reforming Light, and to continue on my soul’s journey.
August 25, 2024 at 3:30 am EDT in reply to: What was my best experience from the previous course? What do I expect from this course? #385509Deborah JoplinParticipantMy best experience form the previous course was receiving a deeper understanding of the knowledge I have been attaining over the course of my life. Kabbalah has made everything make sense. It has clarified many things that I have suspected and opened my eyes to a new peace, joy, and excitement that are independent of circumstances in this world.
I expect this course to help me make significant progress in the experience of the 1st and 2nd Revelations. Shamati has been speaking about prayer and understanding our need. I want to understand the shadow of Kedusha and learn to connect with the Creator and gain the awareness of the Reforming Light at work within me.
Deborah JoplinParticipantWhat most inspired me in the course?
The revelation of the Collective Soul and how the progress I am making and my intention to continue can help the collective soul’s fragments to become aware of their Points in the Heart. What I do affects the entire soul. This strengthens my desire to do all the Creator is drawing me to do.
What have I learned about myself in the process?
I have learned that I have had an awakened Point in the Heart since childhood. I have always been seeking the path. I was born in the double concealment this time, progressed to the single concealment and though I longed to cross the Veil, I was stuck there before the Wisdom of Kabbalah. I am pleased to know that the Creator is the only source of power and that all that has happened has been part of the Thought of Creation.
What do I wish for my fellow students in their spiritual development?
I wish for my fellow students to progress into the stages of the Revelations and that we will all gain the sense that we are all connected and will ascend the ladder together.

It makes sense, I feel connected to it, but it has gone against the teaching I have believed about the sleep of death and the resurrection. I actually feel much better knowing that all of the fragments will make it back into the Unity of the Collective Soul, that none will fail ultimately. I am rejoicing to know that the Creator will cause all of the fragments to return from His Thought of Creation.
My perspective has been completely changed by the Wisdom of Kabbalah — I see it everywhere—it speaks to me in every spiritual endeavor. My intention to ascend the ladder and make the corrections in the face of the strong desires of the Reshimot is strong. I am crossing the veil. I have always wanted the connections to the Creator and to the souls around me. Thank you for releasing this knowledge to us all. I am eager to make the corrections and connections.

I know that this is the sum of the commandments — Love the LORD with all your heart, soul, and mind — and love others as yourself. I love the idea that this is beyond what we “do” in the corporeal world, and drawing us toward changing/gaining our perception of the whole…as we practice meeting the need of the others we actually meet the need of the self—to be like the Creator — altruistic and bestowing—in a spiritual world perception that creates an intention to improve the state of self “by” improving the state of the others— which is actually the complete self. We are being called to understand — seeking one to stand in the “gap”. Ezekiel 22:30
August 17, 2024 at 1:26 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: If everyone must reach the ultimate goal, what is my role in the process? #384631Deborah JoplinParticipantAs I understand it at this moment, my role is to work on attaining the correction for my shard of the collective soul of Adam haRishon. For each step in my correction elevates the whole. We help one another in the correction with every Reshimo we overcome toward achieving equivalence of form with our Creator. As each one of us ascends the ladder, we make a positive impact on the whole.
