Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #222689DyrkParticipant
How do we want the womb (Light) to influence and evolve us? The “me” of “we” wants the Light to reform our consciousness and alter our desires toward authentic altruism. (Which is silly of me to write because if it is not “authentic,” then it is not altruism. : )
What do we desire to achieve in this semester? I want all of us to achieve greater understanding of what KabU lessons are describing and for us to know how to use these methods in practical, experiential ways.

December 20, 2021 at 9:51 am EST in reply to: Preparation Question: The importance of clearly defining the goal in the study of Kabbalah is the beginning of the path. Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #220271DyrkParticipantMy goal is to achieve the spiritual state of “attainment of adhesion with the Creator” for the purpose of bestowing pleasure to the Creator. This means utilizing “the ladder” through means of correction and spiritually connecting with (all) others.
