Yvette LanausseParticipantTo help others means to really listen to them without trying to fix anything. also, be a true friend, neighbor, wife, sibling and coworker. Be authentic and if someone asks for your assistance be willing to help without expecting something in return.

Yvette LanausseParticipantIt’s inspiring to understand our connection to all. The example of how we all operate as one organism such as all the cells in our bodies all work together to maintain our body made it very easy to understand. Also the butterfly effect was impactful. Thanks
